Casa San Juan is situated in Las Manchas, a beautiful area on the sunny west side of the island La Palma.
This spacious and light holiday house was built in 2004 and it stands on an ample peace of land of 2000m².
The area is quiet with a pleasant climate summer and winter.
Casa San Juan is at 400M and is suitable for 1 or 2 persons.

At Casa San Juan you have a stunning and unspoilt view over the lava fields down to the Atlantic Ocean at Puerto Naos.


The unspoilt view includes the lighthouse at Bombilla near Puerto Naos, the imposing cliff face above Tazacorte at El Time and the Caldera de Taburiente.

Accommodation Casa San Juan has a living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a wooden shed.
		In the living room you'll find a comfortable sofa and chairs, a coffee table and cupboards. There is free to air SAT TV/radio. The sliding doors open onto the west facing terrace. From inside you also have good views towards the Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen has a 4 hob gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine and a good selection of kitchen utensils.
There is a diner table with chairs.

The door opens onto the side patio. This terrace, on the southern side of the house, is ideal for a sunny breakfast.


The spacious bedroom has sea view. Here you'll find a double bed with 2 matrasses of excellent quality and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a large bath with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Outside
The spacious terrace has garden fourniture, sunbeds and parasols. On the southern side of the house is a sunny breakfast terrace.

Area

Casa San Juan is situated in the Valle de Aridane, the valley in the west of La Palma. A quiet, sunny and central part of the island La Palma. From the aiport it is a 45 minute drive to your holiday home. You are close to the starting points of various walking routes and can make day trips over the island. To the old city of Los Llanos and the sandy beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte is it only 10 to 15 minutes drive. In the area you'll find different restaurants and shops.
